Recent activity report.

I apologize for the long absence from the blog.

It's already summer, time flies!

Recently, I've been engaged in a few different types of work than my usual counseling and podcasting, so let me give you an activity report.

"Koi Radi" Flower Festival Special Stage

On June 10th (Saturday), I was in Hiroshima Prefecture! In the photo, you can see the host, Taiki Okazaki, and Morimitsu Nanaya-san.

I've had the opportunity to make several phone appearances on Koi Radi in the past. The members mentioned, 'We'd love to meet you in person someday,' and this time, that wish came true!

SPL∞ASH and HKT48's performances were so energetic that they even lifted my spirits (^0^).

Although I appeared as a surprise guest, I want to express my gratitude to all the warm-hearted attendees who welcomed me.

Nigitatsu Wellness Festa 2023

On July 13th (Monday, a public holiday), I had a speaking engagement in Ehime Prefecture!

The talk was directed towards educators, discussing the importance of mental care, and we spent an hour pondering the subject together.

Just like taking care of our bodies, it's essential to be proactive in caring for our minds.

It was my first speaking engagement in a while, and although I'm not used to it, I received a warm welcome. Thank you very much!

On this day, there were various activities organized throughout different time slots, such as yoga, aromatherapy, and massages – all topics that personally interest me. It truly felt like a mental health day.

Already halfway through the year...

In the realm of blogging, I believe personal reflections are acceptable. So, let me take a moment to look back.

In the first half of 2023, I began working on my graduation thesis and after graduating from university, I delved into writing a book. It feels like I've been constantly immersed in writing for the past six months.

Additionally, as I mentioned earlier, there were various job opportunities, and I've been more active than usual, engaging in different activities.

I'm someone who loves staying indoors, but I've realized that if I have too much idle time, it can lead to feeling unwell... (laughs)

I don't dislike spending time quietly and working towards my goals with some plans in place, so for the second half of the year, I'd like to set some personal objectives and calmly pursue them.

Having been consistently outputting work, I feel it's time to refresh and nourish myself with new knowledge. I should find some time for that.

By the way, do you listen to the podcast? The 100th episode is coming up soon.

Sometimes, people who share similar worries with mine write to me, and they mention how they feel relieved when they hear the responses from me and other listeners.

Also, in the latest issue of "anan" magazine, there's an article about femcare products. I had a discussion with the store staff while trying out different products. Be sure to check it out!

Besides my regular online counseling, I'm engaged in various activities as well.

I guess... my writing may seem a bit low in energy or composed, but I'm doing well, thanks to all your support!

It's been hot lately, making it difficult to figure out the right timing for my beloved dog's walks. I touch the asphalt at night to make sure it's not too hot for his paws before we go out.

Please take care to avoid heatstroke and other health issues during these hot days.

I'll report again soon!
