Recent activity report.

  I apologize for the long absence from the blog. It's already summer, time flies! Recently, I've been engaged in a few different types of work than my usual counseling and podcasting, so let me give you an activity report. "Koi Radi" Flower Festival Special Stage On June 10th (Saturday), I was in Hiroshima Prefecture! In the photo, you can see the host, Taiki Okazaki, and Morimitsu Nanaya-san. I've had the opportunity to make several phone appearances on Koi Radi in the past. The members mentioned, 'We'd love to meet you in person someday,' and this time, that wish came true! SPL∞ASH and HKT48's performances were so energetic that they even lifted my spirits (^0^). I try to write a little about HSP

Some of you may be wondering what HSP is all about. Lately, I've been hearing this term quite often and it even comes up in sessions, so I thought I'd briefly talk about it this time. If you want to know more details, please do some research. Especially in books published this year, it seems to be well explained. HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) is a concept that refers to a person's nature. It can be translated as 'highly sensitive individuals.' What they are sensitive to varies from person to person. Some may be highly attuned to people's moods, have heightened sensitivity in one or more of their senses, or easily get tired from external stimuli. These are the traits they possess. It is said that about one in five Japanese people are HSPs. So, there might be quite a few people who can relate. I first learned about this term around the spring of last year.
