The second installment of the book by Nakamoto Himeka, a former member of Nogizaka46 who is currently working as a psychological counselor, has been decided! The previous book, 'Thank You, Myself: From Graduating Nogizaka46 to Becoming a Psychological Counselor,' recounted her struggles with adjustment disorder while active as an idol and her journey until she discovered counseling. The upcoming sequel will feature Nakamoto-san, now taking a step as a counselor, facing individuals with worries similar to her former self in a 'counseling book.' In this book, readers can experience counseling sessions where they confide their concerns to Nakamoto-san and engage in casual conversations, gradually finding their hearts becoming lighter. The publication is scheduled for winter 2023.
